Capital Motor Club is an automotive community that may organize or promote automotive events, meets, cruises, drives, gatherings, memberships, merchandise, and other related activities and services.

Certain Capital Motor Club products are produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners.
Products may be manufactured after an order is placed. Production, fulfillment, and shipping times may vary based on product availability, order volume, location, carrier conditions, and other factors.
Estimated production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Product Appearance and Sizing
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product designs, colors, and descriptions. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, printing methods, and other factors.
Customers are responsible for reviewing available product descriptions and sizing information before placing an order.
Minor variations in print placement, color, garment dimensions, or appearance that are consistent with normal manufacturing and printing processes may occur.
6. Shipping
Available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Capital Motor Club is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery times and carrier operations are generally outside of our direct control.
When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

8. Events, Meets, Drives, and Cruise Participation
Participation in Capital Motor Club-sponsored events, meets, cruises, drives, gatherings, or third-party events promoted or attended by Capital Motor Club is voluntary.
Automotive activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Motor vehicle accidents or collisions
Property damage
Bodily injury
Serious injury or death
Road hazards and changing traffic conditions
Weather conditions
Mechanical failures
Actions of other drivers, participants, spectators, or third parties
By voluntarily attending or participating in an event, you acknowledge that you understand these risks.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, vehicle, passengers, and conduct.
9. Vehicle and Driver Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted and properly licensed to operate their vehicles.
Participants are also responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage and ensuring that their vehicles are in a safe and lawful operating condition.
All participants must comply with applicable laws, traffic regulations, venue rules, safety requirements, and instructions from authorized event personnel.
Participation in a Capital Motor Club event does not authorize unsafe, reckless, illegal, or otherwise prohibited driving or conduct.
Capital Motor Club does not encourage or endorse street racing, reckless driving, burnouts on public roads, illegal exhibitions of speed, or other unlawful activity.
10. Event Rules and Participation
Capital Motor Club may establish event-specific rules, safety requirements, registration requirements, waivers, participant limits, or other conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or deny participation to any individual when reasonably necessary for safety, legal, operational, or community reasons.
We may also cancel, postpone, modify, relocate, or change an event, route, schedule, venue, or format due to weather, safety concerns, legal requirements, venue availability, operational considerations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, additional event-specific terms or liability waivers may be required.
11. Assumption of Risk
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, individuals who voluntarily attend or participate in Capital Motor Club events acknowledge and accept the risks associated with automotive activities, travel, gatherings, and related activities.
Each participant remains responsible for exercising reasonable judgment and taking appropriate precautions for their own safety and the safety of others.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit liability where such a waiver or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The Capital Motor Club name, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, website content, apparel designs, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Capital Motor Club unless otherwise indicated.

Unauthorized use of Capital Motor Club intellectual property is prohibited.
15. User Content and Photography
Capital Motor Club events may be photographed or recorded.
By attending a public Capital Motor Club event, you understand that photographs or video may be captured in public or event settings and may be used in connection with Capital Motor Club's website, social media, marketing, promotional materials, and other legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.
